Care Instruction:

Juttis: don't do well with water. If the juttis are exposed to water or moisture, dry them out completely before storing them back. Printed juttis can we cleaned with a mild soap and damp cloth. Its best to get them dry cleaned. Embellishments are secured using old Indian embroidery techniques but please avoid it's contact with hard or uneven surfaces as they may fall off. Carefully handle your juttis delicately with love.

Other Footwear: Take care of embellishments as they may fall off if in contact with hard or abrasive surfaces. You can clean them with a damp cloth.

Bags: The printed bags can be cleaned using a damp cloth and mild soap. However, the bags with embellishments should be cleaned with care using just damp cloth. Dry them out before putting them back. The embellishments on the bags are secured with embroidery using old Indian techniques however, you should avoid touching them to hard or abrasive surfaces as they may fall off. Handle them with delicacy and care.

 

Find your size:


All our footwear are true to European sizes and and we recommend you to select the size based on the length of your foot. Remember, the juttis and sliders come in medium width and also stretch slightly and take the shape of your feet. The Kolhapuris come in wide width.

What's the shipping cost?

  • Flat rate of  149INR is applicable per product across India.

How to Exchange: ( Rules might change due to Coronavirus Outbreak)

 

  • We offer exchange on Footwear. No Exchange on any other products. We do not entertain refund & cancellation requests. If your desired size was unavailable and we especially customised it for you, then we won't be able to offer any exchange on that.

  • We provide you with the size guide to find your correct size. However, if you still want to swap your footwear for another size, you must notify us within 24 hours of product(s) being delivered to you. Goods must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging. We will do the quality check after receiving the product and only then initiate the exchange process.

  • The Footwear can be exchanged for another size of the same style only. In case your desired size is unavailable, you could then exchange it for another style of the same value or more. The balance amount will be paid by the method mailed to you at the time of exchange.

  • For exchanges, please message us on instagram (@thepeachstoryofficial ) and on whastspp ( +91 77239-80000) with the subject 'Exchange' and include your name, contact number and the reason for the exchange. We will provide you with instructions where to send returned goods. We do not cover the shipping costs. You can send with any carrier you wish but please provide us with a proof of postage when returning good. 

  • Please mention the size and style you want in exchange for your current pair in the customer note when raising your exchange request. Print and place the confirmation email in the parcel when sending it back. 

Please note:

  • We do not allow refunds on orders once placed.

  • Exchange can be done only once and of the same style only.

  • No exchange on Sale items. 

  • No exchange if the particular size unavailable and was especially made for you.
